I'm a freelance graphic designer and illustrator based in London. I began my career as a technical illustrator. One of my first illustration jobs was with McDonnell Douglas of Canada. It was a very special place to work because our office was in the same building where the Avro Arrow aircraft was developed and built 30 years prior in Malton Ontario. From Mississauga I made the jump to London to join a publication team at General Motors light armored vehicle division. My task was to create very accurate & detailed illustrations of the armored military vehicles. I was hoping to get the opportunity to drive one of the vehicles. No such luck, but some of the writers and I were given a cool off road ride. Recently I updated my design skills by returning to college and studying graphic design for three years. Upon graduating with honors I was fortunate enough to join the marketing department at a firm called KEGO. The creative I developed enhanced and solidified the company's brand. Goals of increasing product sales were achieved by my commitment to improve visual communication through a diverse range of marketing strategies. Presently I'm working independently in my London based office with the love of my life and business partner Helen. She brings 25 years of photography expertise to the table.
